Easy Punch List sends recurring transactional text messages only to registered users who have expressly opted in to receive SMS notifications.
How Users Opt In
Users opt in through the Alert Preferences section of their Easy Punch List account.
To enable SMS notifications, the user must:
- Select Text messages (SMS) as an available notification method.
- Enter or confirm a mobile phone number.
- Check an unchecked SMS-specific consent checkbox.
- Select Save my preferences.
SMS notifications are not enabled unless the user completes this affirmative consent process.
Providing a mobile phone number, creating an account, or participating in a construction project does not by itself constitute consent to receive automated SMS notifications.
Message Types
SMS notifications are transactional and may relate to:
- active construction projects
- assigned punch items
- requests for action
- scheduling changes
- reminders
- project coordination
- workflow and status updates
Easy Punch List does not use this SMS program to send third-party advertising, lead-generation messages, or promotional messages on behalf of other businesses.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on project activity and user settings.
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt Out and Help
Reply STOP to opt out of SMS notifications.
Reply HELP for assistance.
Users may also change their notification preferences within Easy Punch List.
Consent to receive SMS notifications is not a condition of using Easy Punch List.
Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Easy Punch List does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone information or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information and SMS consent records are used only to operate, secure, support, and deliver the Easy Punch List messaging service, subject to our Privacy Policy.
