This Privacy Policy explains how Easy Punch List collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you use the Easy Punch List website, mobile applications, web application, and related services collectively referred to as the “Service.”
In this Privacy Policy, “Easy Punch List,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Construction App Marketing LLC, doing business as Easy Punch List.
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this Privacy Policy.

- Jobsite contacts
- Trade contacts
- Users invited to participate in projects

2.1 Account and Profile Information

2.2 Project and Jobsite Information
Users may provide or create information relating to construction projects and jobsites, including:

- Punch-list items
- Assignments

- Comments and messages
- Photos and other uploaded files

- Homeowners, occupants, and other project contacts whose information is provided by a user
Project information is intended to be available only to authorized users and project participants according to the permissions established within the Service.
2.3 Contact Information Provided by Other Users
A supervisor, jobsite contact, trade contact, or other authorized user may provide another person’s name, email address, phone number, or related contact information in order to:
- Identify a homeowner, occupant, or other project contact;
- Add a person to a jobsite;
- Assign punch-list, repair, or warranty work;
- Coordinate scheduling, jobsite access, repairs, or other project activity; or
- Invite the person to use Easy Punch List.
Contact information provided for a project or jobsite may be visible to supervisors, trade contacts, subcontractors, and other project participants who are authorized to access the applicable project or jobsite.
Users who provide another person’s contact information are responsible for having an appropriate business, project-related, or other lawful basis for doing so.
Providing a person’s contact information does not by itself create an Easy Punch List account or constitute consent to receive automated Easy Punch List SMS notifications.
2.4 Communications
We may collect and store communications sent through or relating to the Service, including:
- Project comments
- Chat messages
- Support inquiries
- Feedback
- Email communications
- SMS preferences and consent records
- Notification delivery records
- Opt-out and suppression records
2.5 Subscription and Payment Information
If you purchase a subscription, payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers such as:
- Stripe
- Apple App Store
- Google Play
Easy Punch List may receive transaction-related information such as:
- Subscription type
- Payment status
- Renewal date
- Transaction identifier
- Billing history
- Limited billing contact information
Easy Punch List does not intend to store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.
Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy policies and terms.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we may process personal information based on:
- Performance of a contract with you

- Our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Service

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent as permitted by law. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.
5. Project and Transactional Communications
Easy Punch List may send communications necessary to operate the Service or support your account, including:

- Project and workflow updates

Some communications may be necessary to provide the Service and may not include a marketing opt-out.
Where an email is promotional or relates to product marketing, plans, upgrades, or similar commercial content, Easy Punch List will provide an applicable unsubscribe mechanism.
6. SMS Communications
Easy Punch List sends automated SMS notifications only to registered users who have separately and affirmatively opted in to receive text messages through their account Alert Preferences.
Providing a mobile phone number, creating an account, being added to a project, receiving a punch assignment, or otherwise participating in a project does not by itself constitute consent to receive automated SMS notifications.
SMS Opt-In
To enable automated SMS notifications, a user must complete the SMS opt-in process presented by Easy Punch List, which may require the user to:
- Select Text messages (SMS) as an available notification method;
- Enter or confirm a mobile phone number;
- Affirmatively accept the SMS consent disclosure; and
- Save the preference.
SMS notifications may include transactional messages concerning:
- Active construction projects
- Assigned punch items
- Requests for action
- Scheduling
- Reminders
- Project coordination
- Workflow and status updates
Message frequency varies based on project activity and user settings.
Message and data rates may apply.
Users may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Users may also update notification preferences within Easy Punch List.
Consent to receive automated SMS notifications is not a condition of using Easy Punch List.
Mobile Information and SMS Consent Data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Easy Punch List does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone information or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own messaging programs.
Service providers may process mobile information only as necessary to deliver, secure, support, or maintain Easy Punch List communications and may not use that information for their own marketing purposes.

7. Manual Device SMS Invites
Easy Punch List may allow a user to open the user’s own mobile-device messaging application with a project invitation message prepared for a contact.
In this situation:
- Easy Punch List does not automatically send the text;
- The user controls whether to edit or send the message;
- The message is sent from the user’s own device and messaging account; and
- The user’s mobile carrier and device messaging service may process the message.
Manual device messages are separate from automated Easy Punch List SMS notifications.
8. How We Disclose Information
Easy Punch List may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described below.
8.1 Authorized Project Participants
We may display or provide project-related information to users who are authorized to participate in the applicable project or jobsite.
Depending on a user’s permissions and role, this may include:
- Names
- Company or trade information
- Project contact information
- Assignments
- Project status
- Comments
- Photos
- Schedules
- Other project content
8.2 Service Providers
We may use service providers to help us:
- Host and operate the Service
- Store data
- Authenticate users
- Deliver email, push, or SMS communications
- Generate or manage links
- Process payments
- Provide analytics
- Monitor security and performance
- Provide customer support
- Diagnose technical issues
Service providers may process personal information only as necessary to perform services for Easy Punch List and are expected to protect that information appropriately.
8.3 Business Transfers
If Easy Punch List is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

- Treat project photos, notes, messages, or punch-list information as public content merely because they are uploaded to the Service.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide and maintain the Service
- Keep accounts and projects operational
- Fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy
- Maintain transaction and subscription records
- Comply with legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations
- Resolve disputes
- Enforce agreements
- Prevent fraud and abuse
- Maintain backups and security records
Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, the reason it was collected, account status, project participation, and legal requirements.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, deidentify, or securely dispose of it.
Some information may remain temporarily in backups or may be retained where required by law or necessary to protect legitimate business interests.
Deleting an account may not automatically delete project information that is also needed by other authorized project participants.
11. Account Closure and Deletion Requests
Users may request account closure or deletion by contacting Easy Punch List or by using available account controls.
Before completing a request, we may need to verify the requester’s identity.
Depending on the request and applicable law, we may:
- Delete information;
- Deidentify information;
- Restrict further use;
- Retain information required for legal, security, transaction, or project-record purposes; or
- Preserve information belonging to or needed by other authorized project participants.
12. Security
Easy Punch List uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
These safeguards may include:
- Access controls
- Authentication
- Encryption in transit
- Secure hosting
- Logging and monitoring
- Restricted administrative access
- Security testing
- Backup and recovery controls
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration will never occur.
Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and devices and should notify Easy Punch List promptly if they suspect unauthorized account access.
13. Analytics
We may use first-party or third-party analytics tools to understand how users interact with the Service.
Analytics information may be used to:
- Understand feature usage
- Identify errors
- Improve usability
- Measure Service performance
- Develop new features
- Provide contextual product guidance
Analytics providers may process device, session, event, and usage information on our behalf.
We do not permit analytics providers to use mobile numbers or SMS consent data for their own marketing programs.
14. Push Notifications
If you enable push notifications, Easy Punch List may send project, workflow, account, or service notifications to your device.
You may control push permissions through:
- Easy Punch List settings, where available; and
- Your device operating-system settings.
Disabling push notifications does not necessarily stop email, in-app, or other communications.
15. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
Easy Punch List does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to Easy Punch List, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
16. United States State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you reside and whether applicable legal thresholds are met, you may have rights concerning your personal information, which may include the right to:
- Request access to personal information;
- Request correction of inaccurate information;
- Request deletion;
- Obtain a portable copy of certain information;
- Request information about categories of information collected or disclosed;
- Opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; and
- Appeal a denied privacy request.
Easy Punch List does not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under certain state privacy laws.

Easy Punch List does not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Easy Punch List also does not disclose personal information to third parties for the third parties’ own direct-marketing purposes. Accordingly, Easy Punch List does not ordinarily have disclosures to report under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California Civil Code Section 1798.83.
Easy Punch List does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone information or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
California residents may submit a privacy request using the contact information in the Contact Us section. We may take reasonable steps to verify the requester’s identity and authority before responding.
18. Nevada Privacy Rights
Nevada residents may have the right to request that a business not sell certain covered information.
Easy Punch List does not sell covered personal information for monetary consideration.

19. International Users
Easy Punch List is operated in the United States.
If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.
Data-protection laws in those locations may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services.
Easy Punch List is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third parties.
